The design and construction of NoMA House, completed earlier this year, is based on the BREEAM Outstanding standard, which assesses a building’s sustainability based on factors relating to its physical structure, management and use, including the building’s use of resources such as water and energy. 

With sustainability at the heart of its value and investment proposition, Eunhyuk Capital Co. Ltd IM is well-positioned to service the increasingly mainstream SRI market in the Netherlands.
